I've never posted on this site before. It appears it's about time My name is Bruce Castro and I'm the owner of the All Solutions Network.
What follows is not a promotion of the company, but rather what appears to be a much needed explanation of what and who we are.
I see many questions about us, most question our integrity. The first thing that I want to say is simply this. If you are curious, try it, it's free. Don't give us any money, we will never ask for any. We Don't need it.
The reality is that it might not be for you. You might not like it. But I guarantee that you will make something, how much is up to you. and will not lose a dime.
Don't invest a penny in us, marketing or anything else. You don't have to. We provide effective free advertising sources, banners and and ad copy. Many of our most successful members have done nothing but use our free methods for promotion. They have never invested a dime.
WE ARE NOT A SCAM, but the comprehensive nature of what we do, used to create confusion that in the past led to complaints.
IF WE ARE SO GREAT, WHY THE COMPLAINTS?
Because when we first started, there was huge confusion and substantial growing pains. We've now solved most of the poblems of confusion with audio and video training. But as we all know, when it comes to the internet, once a compaint is posted, it stays for ever.
So, yes, if you search, you will find complaints against us.
But this is true of ANY company. Even those you already know and trust. Do a google search for “complaints against walmart”, “complaints against Verizon”, etc… If you are in business, you get complaints.
As you’ll notice on most of the complaints that have been made against us, we have given pretty thorough explanations. To anyone who has seen these, I hope they took the time to read our responses. The fact is, we have hundreds of times more unsolicited testimonials than complaints.
In fact, most actual complaints that I’ve ever seen, were unwarranted misunderstandings that were ultimately resolved. However, because it’s the internet, even after the issue is long gone and happily resolved, with the company and customer again friends and doing business together… the inaccurate information remains there forever.
Additionally, I think you’ll find that most complaints are several years old and almost always show up on the same slimy site called the “rip off report”.
This slimy site accepts ANY complaint (regardless of veracity), posts it with no checks, or verifications, sometimes even make them up and then refuses to remove them, even at the request of the original complainer… this is true even if the complainer contacts them and says it was a mistake, misunderstanding or resolved!
They then attempt to extort the companies that have these “eternal” complaints lodged against them. They have a program called “corporate outreach”, or something similar. They try to charge thousands of dollars to place a note next to complaints, saying something like, “this seems to have been a simple misunderstanding”.
They offered us this “option”. We declined. We don’t play extortion games.
How do I know their game so intimately? Because I was involved in EXACTLY the above scenario! We had a negative posting that was the result of a complete misunderstanding of the ASN system and pay periods. We are now friends and doing a lot of business together. But the very unflattering complaint remains. And apparently will, forever. Even at the urging of the original complainer, they will not remove it!
The legal basis for the above is a bit convoluted, but the bottom line is that the first amendment protects them from suits for libel and slander, so we just have to live with it.

Having said all of the above, are we perfect? No. Has there ever been a legitimate complaint? Of, course!… And that’s true of ANY company… even the ones that you know and trust. Do a google search for complaints against walmart or Verizon. You’ll find thousands, as opposed to the maybe 8 or so against us. (And MANY of those complaints are duplicates made by the same people!).
Unfortunately, no matter what you do, you get complaints.
Additionally, regardless of the integrity of your company and employees, the attention to detail… there are occasional things that simply fall through the cracks. If you are in business, there is no avoiding the occasional misstep. There is no such thing as perfection.
The bottom line is that, yes there are negative reports. But, if you look for complaints against any company that does any amount of business, you’ll find complaints; many more than you’ll find against us.
We have over 150,000 members. Our ratio of complaints to public exposure is better than any company I know. I hate to have any, but if you are in business, you get complaints. Period.
Of the complaints that I’ve seen, a few weren’t even us.
Two were fired loan officers. One for trying to fund fraudulent loans (a federal crime); one for smoking crack in the office restroom. Most were simply misunderstandings. Again, I’m not saying we are perfect. But we do our level best.
If you’ve seen complaints about members not getting paid, you’ll notice most are from years ago, when the system was much more complicated. Again, anyone who EVER earned a check… GOT A CHECK!
Unfortunately, a few members never took the time to read and understand what was required to earn. They simply assumed building a downline equalled a paycheck.
When there are charges for joining, (which with us there are none), getting a lot of signups gets you an income, because the very act of signing up, brings money into the system that everone shares (if you’re lucky ). But because we have no charges or required monthly fees at all, just building a downline of people that joined for free does not produce revenue and does not earn a check.
With ASN, income is and always has been earned by members actually using their sites or marketing the services. Whether from taking advantage of free offers or personal use from our affiliated companies such as Wal-mart, Amazon, Sears, etc...and/or marketing and earning commissions from our many financial services, including home loans, mortgage negotiation, bankrupcty, Credit Repair, etc... It has always required more than just giving away a free site. If nothing is actually done and the site is not actually utilized, nothing is earned by us or the member.
We have always explained this… but even today, occassionally a member doesn't take the time to read or even watch the 6 minute training video. Amazingly enough, the ability to join for free led to a few problems. That was actually the genesis of most complaints.
Unfortunately, many members that were familiar with the idea of Network Marketing Knew that they could build this business—it’s FREE. They didn’t even read the resource center—to learn how the system really worked or the requirements of earning a check. Why bother?... They knew they could get signups.
They were experienced marketers and knew exactly how to build an organization. Many had downlines numbering in the hundreds in a matter of a couple of months. They just started sponsoring and assumed that a large downline guaranteed a large income— They taught their downline to do the same i.e. build a downline (with no one actually using or marketing the products, services, quotes, trials, etc…), then when they didn’t earn anything (because they never actually took the time to read the system), they blamed us and thought they had been scammed.
Thankfully, this didn’t happen TOO often, otherwise there would have been hundreds of negative postings instead of the relatively few, of which I’m aware.
ASN absolutely works.
EVERY testimonial on our website is from an actual member who actually got paid, often after having spent hundreds or even thousands in other companies and never making a dime.
If we were a rip off, we’d probably be charging, at least, something for the websites. And if we actually did not pay members that had earned checks, you would see THOUSANDS of legitimate complaints from those who earned checks and weren’t paid, rather than the few that didn’t get checks because they didn't take the time to read and understand what was required.
Earning money with ASN has ALWAYS been more than just making money by signing up people for free. It has never worked that way—but a few people NEVER read far enough to understand that.
One more thing. The system as of early 2009 had been completely revamped to make earning money easier and simpler… Most actual complaints were prior to these improvements.
Since the advent of the new programs every aspect of ASN has been on an upswing. There has been dramatic rise in personal use, which translates into business volume, which translates into more income for everyone.
One more thing I want to say… is most frauds, ask for money.
We don't and we won't.
We are not perfect, we are not for everyone, and we certainly are not a scam.

In all honesty I came across an advert for your site being promoted on a traffic exchange today and having been burned several times in the past, decided to google the business before wasting my time with yet another scam. That is how I ended up viewing this thread on this forum and honestly I was none the wiser after reading the 14 posts before your post on this thread .
I will definately be taking a serious look at your site purely based on your honest feedback above.

Hi I joined ASN about 2 years ago. I had no credit card to apply for the trials and free offers to get points. (Even the free trials needed credit card verification but charged no money. Seems that's how it works) Anyway a year later I did have a credit card and did all the free trials and offers enough to get me starting points. Then I started promoting it, giving the site away for free. I can't ask for money - the site is free. I built a downline and I get points for downline activity as well as my own purchases through the site. I buy CDs DVDs, rent movies from iTunes Store, and buy books on Amazon link on my site and I get points for doing so. I would be buying these anyway. But this way I get points and points from downline activity. The affiliated companies on the site pay revenue to ASN for any purchases to them through the site and I get a share of the profits. Every month for the past 11 months I have gotten paid. The site is HUGE. There are more things on it than I would ever promote. It's like owning a Multi Level Store. So I just promote the main site. Not everyone who takes the site uses it. Many just looksee and never use it again. But anyone that does a little work did earn from it. All the necessary training and advice it there. Emails to support are always answered. Definitely this is the first business online that paid me without fail every month. And yes they never asked me for a dime.

You can also earn $1,500 when a loan closes from your site-- Or $300 for a mortgage reduction that costs less than half the price that most companies charge. And yes, I’ve done it. I've used them and I've made money from them.
Yes, there are things that if you buy you earn points and commissions… As if THAT’s a bad thing.
But it’s a marketing company. The idea is not to make money by buying everything. If it’s purchased from your site you earn a commission. That’s what marketing is about.
I saw one person that said something about “there’s nothing there that they’d want to buy”. Maybe they never shop at Walmart or Best Buy or maybe they just didn’t notice they were part of the system… Purchase from them and you earn points that earn money. Someone else makes a purchase? You earn points that earn money.
You don’t just make money for free stuff as one poster said. Every time your downline, purchases, sells or gets a free item, you make money. And yes, I've made money from this too.
The solution network reminds me of the story of the blind men and the elephant. One grabbed the leg and thought it was a tree. Another touched the trunk and thought it was a snake.

I Found This Site Fair And Honest
The All Solutions Network was something I stumbled upon about a year ago. I have been looking for some type of online income for nearly three years with no luck. What I noticed immediately, was their claim that they would "never ask for a dime, ever".
The page, at first glance, does look very busy to the point of confusing. However, much of the written word on the site is repetition. Mr. Castro is trying to inform you no matter where you go on the page. After you sign in you are given your own duplicate website that is in excess of seventy pages long. Any business done on that page by anyone you may send there or any down line who will have their own duplicate pages, will build your income. The great part is though, there is never any investment. You can build a thriving business where people buy off their own pages or give away free things, and get paid for doing it. ASN affiliates include WalMart, Sears, Dish Network, Home Depot and thousands of others that you can access by just clicking your link. And you get paid.
I spent quite a bit of time on the site on my first visit, trying to "claim a check". And it took a while, but I did figure out how to earn some free points. I didn't think I had much more than wasted an hour, and I continued looking for some part time online income.
About two weeks later, I was surprised to receive an email stating "You have earned a check from ASN". I had forgotten about visiting All Solutions Network and couldn't figure who ASN was, let alone why they were sending me a check. I nearly deleted the email thinking it was one of those lottery winning pieces of junk we all get, but I opened it. Sure enough, it stated that All Solutions Network had deposited a check in my PayPal account. I checked my account and, as stated, there was a deposit in my account. It wasn't much, about ten dollars, but more than I had expected.
I went back to ASN and began to get a little more acquainted with the site and found that there are hundreds of thousands of things for every facet of our lives that can be accessed there; and every piece of business that anyone in the whole organization does, up line and down line, goes into the many pools available to anyone. I've had ever increasing checks and I have not spent one cent, other than something I would have bought on line anyway, and it didn't cost any more. I am actively promoting ASN to my safelist and my traffic exchange.
Mr. Castro has improved the site on a continual basis, and has been very fair to me. Also, I've been very impressed with the free promotional tools and the teleconferences that are available to anyone who wants to take advantage of them. The new ten part training emails are a great help also.
I have found ASN to have lived up to everything they have claimed, and I consider it a great way to make some income without any investment.

When I first came across ASN, it was the year Bruce Castro first started it in 2005. It looked interesting to me, I admit it can be a overwhelming site to first glance, but I personally like how it looks.
